You will notice that whilst Tim's Cellars has donated $10 on behalf of Clem to her nominated projects, the total amount deposited is $9.70. CLG 'clips' a flat fee of 30cents from any rebate that is generated through its payment system. This is how we make an income. This works out to being roughly 10% of a 5% rebate on a $57 (this being the national average Eftpos transaction value) bill. 

For these benefits to happen at the point of purchase, you will need to set the account that supports the card. Simply select which projects you would like to support, apportion your discounts between them, and ensure there are funds sitting in it. It is that easy!

   2. Ensuring your card is loaded:

Because the CLG Eftpos Card has its own BSB and Account numbers, you can easily load funds onto it from any regular bank account within Australia via direct account-to-account transfer or Bpay. These can be scheduled as regular transfers to ensure that your card is always loaded.

Alternatively, you can organise with your payroll officer to pay all or part of your salary or wage directly into your fundraising account.

The fees associated with the CLG Eftpos Card are very similar to and competitive with those associated with other non-cash payment systems. However, the benefits to both the member and the community are what makes the CLG Fundraising Account so different and indeed remarkable. We will publish associated fees as soon as possible. 

Our Terms and Conditions and/or Product Disclosure Statement will be published well and truly before CLG commences trading. 

However, all funds associated with our fundraising platform will be held in trust by Cuscal Pty Ltd, an Authorised Deposit-taking Institution (ADI) supervised by the Australian Prudential Regulation Authority (APRA).

What's more, the card and account data is further protected under the Payment Card Industry Data Security Standard (PCI DSS), this being an industry standard that requires critical protective measures including secure management, policies, procedures, network architecture, and software design.

In short - your funds, card and transactional data are highly secured.
